From Our Team
The building doesn’t care what the fixture looks like in the box. It cares that the room lights up.
That’s the sentence we keep pinned to every Lithonia Lighting product page. If it doesn’t wire in cleanly, drop into the ceiling grid, and throw the right footcandles on the floor at the right color temperature — nothing else about it matters.
The Lithonia Lighting catalog is deep on purpose. We keep making the 2GTL4 troffer because the 2×4 lay-in ceiling still runs most commercial construction in North America. We keep the FMLWL wraparound in the LED lighting collection because there are millions of aging T8 wraparounds in laundry rooms, basements, and back-of-house corridors waiting for a like-for-like LED swap. We keep the ELM2 emergency light on the emergency exit lighting shelf because every occupied commercial building in the country needs 90 minutes of backup, and the AHJ is going to test it.
Everything on this store is organized around what electricians actually pull from the truck. LED lighting for anything new. Recessed for ceilings. Emergency & exit for code. Outdoor & security for the exterior envelope. Commercial & industrial when you’re above 15 feet. Fluorescent fixtures and replacement parts because plenty of existing systems aren’t ready to be ripped out yet. Track lighting when the design needs aim.
Every fixture linked below is a real Lithonia Lighting model, sold and shipped through Amazon so you get your unit in a couple of days with a return path if the spec doesn’t match the site.
Three collections, three different ceilings.
Most projects walk in the door with one of three questions: what do I light this office with, what do I put on the outside wall, and what keeps the building code-legal in a power failure. Start here.

Every model on this store carries a Lithonia Lighting model number — WF6, ELM2, 2GTL4, HGX, IBG. That model number isn’t marketing. It’s the exact string an electrical distributor, a specifier, or an inspector uses to identify what’s in the fixture box: the wattage, the lumen output, the color temperature, the voltage, and the housing.
Everything we list on the store maps back to a real Lithonia Lighting model on a spec sheet an AHJ will accept. What you see in the product card is what gets delivered — same part number, same housing, same driver.

What people wire in and leave on.
A handful of unedited notes from contractors, facility managers, and homeowners who bought Lithonia Lighting fixtures through Amazon and came back to tell us how the install went.
Swapped twelve old T8 wraps in our office corridor for the FMLWL. Two hours, done. The neutral 4000K color is exactly what we wanted.Marcus D.Facility Maintenance · Verified Buyer
The ELM2 passed the fire marshal inspection on the first walkthrough. Battery held the full 90 minutes on the drop test. That’s all I needed.Rosa H.Licensed Electrician · Verified Buyer
Put eight WF6 wafers in a finished basement with 2×8 joists. Zero can, straight to the J-box. Cleanest recessed job I’ve ever done in an existing ceiling.Jamie K.Homeowner / DIY · Verified Buyer
Questions we get about the Lithonia Lighting catalog.
The five that come up most from electricians, facility managers, and homeowners planning a Lithonia Lighting install.
Depends on the ceiling. For new-build residential or a whole-home rewire, start in the LED lighting or recessed lighting collection — the WF6 wafer, LK3BMW / LK4BMW / LK5BMW downlights, and LDN4SQ square trim handle almost every drywall ceiling. For a commercial fit-out with a T-bar grid, start in commercial & industrial with the 2GTL4 troffer or CPX flat panel. For anything above 15 feet, the IBG, CPHB, and CPRB high bays are the correct family. For the outside of the building, browse outdoor & security lighting.
Yes. Our emergency exit lighting line — ELM2, ELM2L, EU2C M6, WDGE1 and WDGE2 wedges, EDGR, ECR and EXR LED exit signs, and the LHQM exit/emergency combo — ships UL-listed with a 90-minute rechargeable battery backup as required by NFPA 101 and the International Building Code. Just wire to a normally-energized 120/277V circuit, run the test button on install, and the unit is ready for AHJ inspection.
In most cases, yes — and it’s one of the most common Lithonia Lighting installs. The FMLWL LED wraparound is a like-for-like replacement for a 4-foot T8 wrap. The 2GTL4 and CPX LED flat panels drop straight into a 2×4 lay-in grid where the old parabolic troffer used to sit. The 2BLT4 and 2BLT2 LED strip lights replace stem-hung fluorescent strips. Your existing 120V or 277V feed stays; you swap the fixture, not the circuit.
Yes. The most common ones — the ELB 06042 and ELB 1250A emergency backup batteries for our ELM-series units, and 4-foot replacement lenses and diffusers for our fluorescent wraparounds and troffers — are all listed. If your existing Lithonia Lighting unit is still on-code but the battery has aged out or the lens has yellowed, replacing the part is often faster than replacing the whole fixture.
Beam pattern and mount. A flood — HGX, DSXF2, or ESXF2 — throws a wide beam from a knuckle mount and is the pick for driveways, side yards, and building faces where you want to aim the light at something. A wall pack — WL4, OLW, TWR1, BLWP4 — mounts flush to a vertical surface and washes the ground below it for perimeter security and loading bays. An area light like the BGS is designed for pole-mounted parking-lot and site lighting. Match the fixture family to the surface you’re mounting to and the beam shape you need.
